NLD Synapse 2026, held from 27th February to 1st March 2026 at N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, brought together talent, innovation and collaboration on a national scale.
Participants, founders and aspiring leaders from across the country shared perspectives, engaged with real-world business challenges and learned from one another.
From innovative startup pitches at BluePrint, to strategic problem-solving at Brainsprint, research-driven insights at Synthesis, data-driven challenges at DecodeX and engaging workshops, NLD Synapse emerged as an arena where perspectives were challenged and ideas began to take shape — a true reflection of experiential learning in action.
While competition formed the core of Synapse, the event was equally shaped by the energy and vibrancy of campus life. An engaging mix of DJ performances, stand-up comedy, open mic sessions and cross-college networking complemented the academic intensity, creating opportunities for celebration, connection and shared experience.
NLD Synapse 2026 was more than an event; it was a reflection of curiosity, perseverance and the many emotions that shape the pursuit of excellence, marking the successful conclusion of three remarkable days.
