Mr. Desai has over two decades of experience in Business Analytics consulting and education. He has led successful consulting practices, analytics centres, data science programs, and revenue-driven initiatives. His expertise lies in assessing organisational readiness for Business Analytics, building strategic roadmaps, and implementing analytics solutions across sectors such as Financial Services and Telecommunications. He also teaches and mentors students in Statistics and Management programs.

Prior to starting with N. L. Dalmia, he was setting-up Analytics Center of Excellence at NMIMS Deemed to-be University and develop Management and Statistics programs. Mr. Desai held P&L responsibility with SAS Institute India Pvt. Ltd., analyst positions with leading firms like GE Capital, where he applied statistics and technologies to support data driven decisioning.
