Bio
Dr. Caral D’Cunha is a distinguished academician, corporate trainer, and researcher with 16+ years in industry and academia. Holding a Ph.D. in Management Studies (Work-Life Balance) alongside an MA in Psychology and MMS-HR, she's a published expert in OB-HRM. She has published numerous research papers in reputed international journals indexed by ABDC and Scopus and presented her work at various national and international conferences such as IIMs, XLRI. A Harvard-certified professional in Sustainable Business Strategies, she's also a certified Life Coach, Personality Profile Analyst, CBT practitioner, and NLP practitioner. Dr. D’Cunha delivers impactful MDPs across diverse sectors and consults with startups on HR strategies. Currently an Associate Professor and Chairperson of Global MBA program at N. L. Dalmia Institute, she shapes future leaders with her dynamic and insightful approach.
