Bio

Dr. Pallawi Sangode is an accomplished Associate Professor at N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai, with 17 years of comprehensive experience spanning teaching, research, executive training, and academic leadership. She has previously served at the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Nagpur, Symbiosis International (Deemed) University, and Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies and Research, Nagpur. Her core academic and research expertise lies in Production and Operations Management, Theory of Constraints, Quality Management and Supply Chain risk Management. Dr. Sangode has made substantial contributions to institutional quality and accreditation processes, having served as IQAC (NAAC) Coordinator, NBA In-charge, Central Data Depository In-charge, and Funded Projects In-charge. She has actively strengthened industry–academia collaboration by designing and delivering multiple Management Development Programmes (MDPs) for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. and Western Coal Fields Ltd., Skill Development Programmes for Larsen & Toubro Ltd., and structured training for MCED, PET, UGC NET, and MH-CET aspirants. She has also planned and executed industrial visits, guest lectures, certification courses, workshops, and international conferences. A UGC-NET and JRF qualifier, Dr. Sangode has authored 42 research publications, including 18 Scopus-indexed, 8 Web of Science-indexed, one ABDC ‘B’, and one ABDC ‘C’ paper. She has completed a ₹1.5 lakh funded research project, holds a patent published in 2025, and has two registered copyrights, reflecting her strong orientation toward impactful, applied research and academic excellence.
