Bio
Dr. Sweta Kumari is an accomplished academician with over 18 years of teaching experience in finance and management across leading universities. She specializes in subjects such as Financial Accounting, corporate Finance, Investment Management, and Commercial Banking. Holding a PhD in Management, her doctoral research focuses on RBI initiatives in promoting financial literacy. She has a strong research profile, and her research interests include FinTech, green and sustainable finance, financial literacy and inclusion, and emerging AI trends in Banking sector. She is also engaged in interdisciplinary research in areas of AI-enabled financial innovations. She is a regular participant of management conferences and has presented papers at prestigious forums and published in reputed national and international journals. She is also a co-guide for Ph.D. Program guiding research scholars and fostering research excellence.
