Bio

Dr Tanvi Thakkar is an accomplished academician and practitioner in the fields of Human Resources and Entrepreneurship, with over a decade of combined experience in academia and the corporate industry. She holds certification in LEAN SIGMA from the Kanzen Institute Asia Pacific Pvt Ltd. Her academic practice is distinguished by a strong applied, industry-oriented approach, evidenced by authoring two published books: a compilation of live case studies and a specialized industry analysis. Her core expertise lies in nurturing entrepreneurial talent, particularly second-generation entrepreneurs, through the implementation of KAIZEN and productivity methodologies. A proven collaborator, she has successfully partnered with 50+ Indian entrepreneurs across sectors to drive significant productivity gains. Her research and teaching interests converge on entrepreneurship development, employee productivity, and continuous improvement strategies.
