Minu Agarwal

My area of interest are International Trade, Banking and Financial Services, Minerals and Resources, Corporate Finance, Energy and Sustainability. I have several publication at National and International levels in the area of Regional Trading Agreements, Wage Inequality, Crude oil Price-effects and Corporate Finance. I have exposure to insurance industry business model and worked with them in service deliveries and revenue sharing system. Presently, looking forward to publish good research papers in mining policy and its implementation.

N. L. Dalmia has shaped my personality in many ways. I learnt the best of HR subjects from amazing faculty members and the overall ecosystem helped me in becoming a better person.

When I entered the industry to start working, I already had a head start in HR concepts, thanks to the specialized HR batch.
