Dr. Tanvi Thakkar

Dr. Tanvi Thakkar is an accomplished Assistant Professor in Human Resources with over 10 years of postgraduate teaching experience and 4 years in industry. Holding a PhD in HR Management, MBA, M.Com, and B.Ed, she is a prolific researcher with 12 published papers (including Scopus, ABDC, and Web of Science journals), 3 copyrights, and two authored books. She won CII’s Best Case Study Award and leverages expertise in Japanese Kaizen methodologies to enhance HR productivity. Her specializations include Talent Management, Strategic HR, and HR Analytics, and she has delivered results for 50+ entrepreneurs.

N. L. Dalmia has shaped my personality in many ways. I learnt the best of HR subjects from amazing faculty members and the overall ecosystem helped me in becoming a better person.

When I entered the industry to start working, I already had a head start in HR concepts, thanks to the specialized HR batch.
