HR Expert Talk Team and Alumni Committee would like to thank Ms. Trupti Chavan, Alumni – HR Batch 2015(Learning & Organizational Development professional at Larsen & Toubro) for delivering a session for HR Students on “Employee and Career Development from an L & OD Point of View” on Saturday.

In a very comprehensive way Ms. Trupti explained the meaning of Learning and Organizational Development as an HR Function and its importance for the business. She talked about skills one should work upon to enter into this niche area and finally she discussed what are the career prospects in L & OD.
